Terms of Service — Order Bell - New Order Alerts

If you install or use Order Bell - New Order Alerts on a Shopify store, these terms apply.

What the app does

Order Bell plays a sound and can show an order alert in your browser while Shopify admin or the listener window is open. It needs Shopify webhooks and an open browser session — it won’t ring if nothing is open.

Plans and billing

Free covers built-in sounds and the listener. Pro adds custom uploads, smart rules, and staff preferences. Pro starts with a 14-day trial, then $4.99/mo, billed through Shopify. Cancel in Shopify anytime; Free stays available.

Acceptable use

Only upload audio you have the rights to use. Don’t use the app to break Shopify’s terms or the law.

Limits

The app is provided as-is. Alerts need an open session. We’re not responsible for missed alerts if the listener is closed, muted, or blocked by the browser.
